A. M. Lark lives in the suburbs of New England with her little family, and books in every conceivable corner.

You can call her A, or Lark, or whimsical weirdo - all are acceptable.

Since the age of 11 she has wanted to be a writer. This site is primarily a place to document her journey to finally making this dream come true.

She also hosts a podcast, Half a Slice of Whimsy, for cozy conversations about life, mental health, and writing.

Occasionally she dabbles in spoken word poetry. Mary Oliver is the best, in her opinion.
